Meet Debbie Hannifan. As a Lakeland native, Debbie is told practically daily, “You look so familiar; where do I know you from?” Her passion for real estate started early in life as the daughter of a contractor and property owner. She spent many days and weekends on construction sites, cleaning properties between tenants, or riding along with her parents scouting for the next up-and-coming area for development. As an adult, her passion has only continued to grow. The last two projects are building a house “from the dirt up” and renovating a historic home in Downtown Lakeland’s Lake Morton Historic District.

Debbie and her husband Jay and twin sons Nathan and Noah do all these things in Lakeland and the greater Polk County area. In the time between, Debbie enjoys trips to the beach, running with friends, and gardening in her butterfly garden.
