With a rich background spanning over two decades in office administration, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Agent Care Specialist. She works very closely with the agents helping with our back-end system, transactions, incoming leads, and recruiting more agents. Having worked for Property Management and Mortgage companies, in the past, she was able to make a very smooth transition in joining the real estate world, and just short of a year working at S&D Real Estate, she obtained her Real Estate license and is thriving thanks to the knowledge she has gained from working with other agents so closely here at the office. She is affectionately referred to as “The Anchor Agent”.

Her 20-plus years of experience have cultivated a great understanding of customers’ needs and a knack for personalized assistance in a professional setting.

Recognized for her warm demeanor and attentive approach, Jennifer is a seasoned professional who ensures all Agent Care matters are handled quickly and efficiently and continues to contribute to the success of S&D Real Estate with her unwavering dedication.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in raising her teenage daughter and loves spending time outdoors whenever possible, whether it’s paddleboarding in the ocean or camping and hiking in the mountains. Getting back to nature is what really grounds her and lets her recharge. Jennifer was born and raised in the Central Florida area and graduated from Osceola High School. She has settled down here in Lakeland where she is near family and really enjoys the small-town feel that Lakeland has.
