Haili has made joining the S&D Real Estate family a goal and went so far as to put it on her vision board. To achieve that goal, she has made many strides in her education and career paths, including her current enrollment at Polk State College, working towards her degree in business and marketing, certifications in Digital Marketing and Content Marketing, and gaining valuable experience as an administrative assistant with Polk County Builder’s Association where she handled a multitude of responsibilities from member registrations and marketing materials to invoices and event planning and networking activities. Haili works as Team Support at S&D Real Estate, using her skills and enthusiasm to assist the Realtors, Broker, Team Members, and Community with a variety of needs, including social media content, marketing, event planning, and daily office operations, to name a few. She is the voice of S&D and the creative drive behind the keyboard.

Aside from her professional aspirations, Haili enjoys spending her free time with a good book, writing, or out in nature enjoying the beautiful trails found throughout Lakeland and Polk County with her fiancé, her high school sweetheart. Coming from Wisconsin, she loves the attraction of the outdoors. Haili understands that when it comes to marketing and support, everything is a process of learning and steps, so she takes pride in her work and loves to help agents increase their knowledge and skills as well.
